Northwood's Royal Oak pattern in frosted rubina.  Rubina shades from ruby to clear.  Note the acorns in the top are clear.  Victorian pattern glass, circa 1900. Dish is about five inches on a side.  There is a small minor chip on the rim of the butter base. please see close up photo.
