Victorian Vaseline or Canary Covered Butter Dish.  This pattern is called Wildflower.  The butter has a flat base.  It was made by Adams.  Circa 1891.  Glows very bright under the black light.  Scroll down to see the other picture. Ht. to top of the tab finial is 5 1/4".  The diameter of the butter base is 6". There is  minor roughness on the top ring next to the finial which may be from original manufacture.    Otherwise, it is in Excellent Condition.
