Victorian Blue Opalescent Glass Creamer.  Pattern is called Circled Scroll and was made by Northwood, circa 1900.  Creamer has a couple of tiny hard to see chips on the circled decor, but other than that it is in Excellent Condition.  Ht. 4 1/2".  If you need this piece to complete your table set, this would be a nice one to have.
