Victorian Ruby Stained glass Creamer or Cream Pitcher that is part of a Table Set.  Pattern is called Diamonds with Double Fans.  Not sure who manufactured this very nice pattern.  Circa believed to be around 1895.  Ht. is near 5".  It is encircled with a row of diamonds with fans above and below the diamonds. The stain is very good and the glass is in excellent condition with no chips or flakes.
