Beautiful Victorian Apple Green Enamel Hand Painted Creamer.  Pattern is Scalloped Skirt.  Made by Jefferson Glass Co.  Circa 1900.  It has very pretty hand painted floral decor of pink, white and green with very nice gold on the rim.  There is a very small, hard to see, flake on one of the base scallops.  Other than mentioned, this creamer is in Great Condition. Ht. about 4 1/2".
