Victorian Satin Glass, Smith Bros. Creamer with pansy decor and the rope handle.  The Smith Bros. were decorators for The Mt. Washington Glass Co until they formed their own company. Circa 1880's.  Rose and purple pansy decor surrounds the egg shell colored body.  It has the Smith Brothers' Rampart Lion Trademark on the base. The patina is very good.  The Ht. 4".  No chips cracks or flakes. Excellent Condition. A catalog reprint is shown in Padgett's Pairpoint Glass Book on page 55.
