Victorian Blue Opalescent Glass Creamer. The pattern is Swag with Brackets. It was made by Jefferson Glass Co.  Circa 1900. Ht. 4 1/4".  There is a chip on the tip of the foot, that you can see in our first picture below. (front foot). The beautiful opalescence covers the tops of the Brackets.
