Beautiful Victorian Glass Cruet in the Delaware pattern.  Made by U. S. Glass Co. 1900.  It was one of their patterns for the States Series and is a very popular pattern today.  This one is the hard to find overall rose "maiden blush" stain with very good gold decor. It has some very minor wear on the handle where you would put your finger to pour from it. Our pic below shows this much more than your eye will be able to see it,  The gold on the top of the handle is very good with very minor wear.  Ht. 6 1/4 to the top of the Original Stopper. No chips or flakes or cracks.
