Victorian Emerald Green Glass Cruet.  Pattern is called I.O.U. and was made by West Virginia Glass Co.  Circa 1898. Pictured in Heacock's Book III called Syrups, Sugar Shakers and Cruets from A to Z.  Page 55. There were 2 sizes of cruets produced and this one is the larger. Ht. 6 3/4" to the top of the stopper. Excellent Condition.
