Clear Glass Feather Pattern Compote.  Also known as Doric. There is a small nick on the upper rim. (about 1/16 by 1/8in).  Looks like it might have been smoothed by someone although it could have been from original manufacture.  A small place but needs to be mentioned Height is about 4 5/8 inches.  Width is about 4 1/2 inches.
