Blue Jelly Compote with lots of gold decor. It has been named Ivy Scroll. Circa 1900. It is so difficult to capture the real beauty of this piece.  The Gold decor is on the underneath side and there is lots of it. It is difficult to describe the pleasant effect created by gold on the back side of this dish. The Jelly is scalloped around the top rim and it also has traces of gold.  There are some white hand painted dots to complete the decor. Probably made by Jefferson, which is what Heacock guessed.  Excellent  Condition.
