Victorian Vaseline Opalescent Jelly Compote.  The pattern is called Swag with Brackets and was made by Jefferson Glass Co.  Circa 1900.  Ht. 4 1/2".  Plenty of Opalescence around the top rim.  As shown below, glows brightly under the black light.  Excellent Condition.
