Large Victorian Glass Lamp Base in the Popular Cosmos Pattern.  Made by Consolidated Lamp and Glass Co.  Circa 1900.  It has the floral decor of Blue, Pink and Yellow flowers with some green leaves on a netted back ground.  It has pink shading at the top. If you are into Lamps, I am sure you could make this beautiful lamp base look complete and you may even have the shade.  No chips, cracks or flakes on this base.  Ht. 7 1/2" the diameter is about 6".  The opening where you would put a collar is 1 1/2".
