Beautiful Victorian Shiny Cased finger bowl.  It is in the Swirl design, with 12 swirls. It is cased with gold Mica flakes between the layers of glass.  Probably made by Hobbs or Phoenix Glass Company.  Circa 1900. The outside of this bowl has an apricot color and on the inside it is pink.  About 4 1/2" diameter and 2 1/2" tall.  It rings like a bell and is in Excellent Condition.
