Beautiful Victorian Chrysanthemum Base Speckled Cranberry Celery.  Made by Northwood.  Circa 1890.  It is Cranberry Glass with white and blue specks as a decor.  Ht. 6 1/2".  Rare Celery!  Excellent Condition. The patented process for applying this decor was developed by Northwood and patented by him.
