Ruby Stained Arched Ovals pattern punch cup, souvenir of St Paul, Minn. Cup is in excellent condition. This pattern is normally found in Maiden's Blush stain.  Hard to find with ruby. The photo has reflections from the ovals on the other side, they are not scratches.
