Wave Crest decorated Opalware. Decor matches known Wave Crest pieces. We are not sure what this piece is or was used for. It was sold to us as a napkin ring holder, but our reference data shows that napkin ring holders by Wave Crest have metal ends. May be part of a smoke set. Length is about 1 3/4 inches.
