Vaseline Opalescent Cactus Nappy.  A popular pattern first produced in Chocolate Glass by Indiana Tumbler and Goblet then around 1950 by Fenton Glass Co, in this decor.  Ht. 1 1/2" and inside diameter from handle to tip 5".  Nice Opalescence and glows under the black light as shown below.  Excellent Condition with no chips, cracks or flakes.
