Victorian pattern glass Sweetmeat. Pattern is "Open Heart Arches". Decorated
satin opalware. Frequently attributed to the Mt Washington Glass Company, but believed to have been made by Consolidated Lamp and Glass, circa 1900. About 7 1/2 in high to the top of the handle. Metal was made by M S Benedict and piece may have been issued as their own although they probably got the glass from Consolidated. Excellent decor. |
