Victorian Ruby Stained Heisey Relish Dish?  We think this is called Plain Band. Aka as Sawtooth Band. It is 1 3/4" high. Length is 5 1/2", Width is 3".  It has the souvenir words of Akeley, Minn.  The top rim beading has gold decor.  It has a damaged area on one of the top rim corners which we show below in the second photo.  It has the Heisey Diamond in the base in the middle of an 8 pointed star. Stain is very good. Selling this piece as is.
