Victorian Ruby Stained Wine.  Pattern is Block Band and was made by George Duncan's Sons and Co.  Circa 1895.  Shown in Heacock's Ruby Stained Book 7 on page 39.  Ht. 4 1/4" and has the Souvenir writing of Hazelle.  Excellent Condition.
