If you are a collector of memorabilia from the 1893 Columbian Exposition, this book is a must have. The condition of the book is not that good as the cover has come loose.  however, the pages are in very good condition so that with a new cover binding this would be in great shape.

This book was written in 1892, before the Exposition, and is a guide for the planned Exposition as well as a guide for Chicago. The artists sketches are so interesting and can be compared with what the buildings actually looked like after being built.
