Victorian Ruby Stained Glass Salt Shaker.  Made by Heisey Glass Co.  Circa 1900.  It has an embossed scalloped swag of small beads that encircle the shaker.  Unfortunately some of the beads are rough, as is usually the case in this salt shaker.  The Souvenir says, Frick'e on one side and State Fair 1903 on the other.
