A Highly Collectible Harry Northwood Victorian glass pattern.  Beaded Circle Spooner in Custard or Ivory.  Glows under the black light. Circa 1900.  Ht. 4".  The dainty hand painted floral decoration is in good shape.  It still has traces of the gold decor on the beads.
