Victorian Spooner

Decorated Victorian Spooner by the Jefferson Glass Company. This spooner is from the Jefferson Optic molds, which Heacock originally called Tiny Optic until he found that there were larger pieces of the pattern. He named this decoration "Mary Lou". It is seldom seen and has escaped all other literature to our knowledge. It is rust in color with what looks like white doves as decor. Or, the white could be leaves. We were never sure about this decor as to what it is. Excellent condition.
