Beautiful Mt. Washington Creamy Satin Glass Fig Sugar Shaker or Muffineer.  Circa 1890. For its decor, it has cranberry or wine, green and brown tones with little hand painted white forget me not flowers, scattered around the body on the delicate green and brown leaves. Ht. is  about 4" and the width is 3 1/2".  It does have the tiny chip on the top rim where one of the little prongs that is on the unique and original spring loaded top was pushed down on it.  It can barely be seen when the lid is in place (see photo).  Unfortunately this condition is  common for the fig salt & sugar shakers and ostrich egg sugar shaker because of the prong lids.  Fortunately this in very small ans hard to see but it needs to be mentioned as it is not perfect. Otherwise, in excellent condition and a wonderful Sugar Shaker that is hard to find these days.
