Victorian Emerald Green with Gold Covered Sugar.  This pattern is known as Empress and was produced by The Riverside Glass Works.  Circa 1898.  Ht. with lid, 6 1/2".  It has a very tiny flea bite on one of the arches.  Very hard to see and too small for a pic.  Otherwise, this covered sugar is in Excellent Condition.
