Victorian Milk Glass Syrup made by New Martinsville Glass Co.  It is called Drooping Leaf and has the colorful decor of a bird on a branch with leaves hanging around the neck of the syrup.  Circa 1900.  Ht. 6 3/4".  Original Lid but the spring is missing.  Excellent Condition.
