Clear Empress Syrup Jug.  Rare to find pieces in clear. Top works but has wear, missing a band and the handle.  Circa 1900.  Unfortunately this has a small crack about 1/2 to 3/4 inches long extending from the top through the top bulge.  Looks like it could have been done when the cover was put on.  We missed it when we found it!
