Victorian Ruby Stained glass toothpick holder.  It is the Bead Swag pattern.  Made by Heisey & Co.  Circa 1898. This one is souvenir of C. L. Bills, Oroville, Cal.  and is written in the Victorian script. Ht. 2".  Excellent condition and very collectible.  This one would make a nice addition to your toothpick collection.
