Victorian Custard Glass Toothpick Holder.  Diamond with Peg or Diamond Peg is the pattern name and was produced by Jefferson Glass Co. Circa 1894.  It has very nice Rose with green leaf decor.  Souvenir of Elgin, Iowa.  2 1/4" high. There is wear to the gold on the pegs which seems to be very common with this toothpick holder.  The top has great gold in the notches.  It has the words Krys-Tol inside in the base and it glows bright under the black light. Found in the Bredehoft's Toothpick on page 110.  Excellent Condition.
