Victorian Emerald Green Toothpick Holder in the Empress Pattern by Riverside Glass Co.  Circa 1900.  Toothpick holder is just a bit above 2 1/2". It has Super Gold as the pic shows.  Excellent Condition with no chips, nicks or flakes.
