Victorian Milk Glass Toothpick holder.  It is shaded blue with the red flower as a decor on the front and a sprig on the back.  Near 2" in Ht. Very similar to the toothpick holders in Heacock's 1000 Toothpick Holders on page 62.  I guess we could call this Red Flower on Milk. No Chips or Cracks.  A nice one to add to your collection.
