R. S. Prussia Victorian Toothpick Holder.   It has a very nice hand painted decor of pink and white roses with the shading of green. Just under the rim it has some pale yellow shading or flowers. It has Delicate little handles and a gold trimmed rim.  I only find one tiny pin head of roughness on the back side.  This toothpick holder is unmarked, but from looking at the decor I think you can tell that it is R. S. Prussia.  Ht. 2 1/4".
