Very Rare Ruby Stained Toothpick Holder in the Ladder with Diamond pattern. Made by Tarentum Glass Co.  Circa 1900.  It has great gold decor with the Ht. of 2 1/2".  Excellent Condition and very hard to find.  Very nice stain with no scratches. A nice addition to your Toothpick Collection.
