Victorian Glass Toothpick Holder.  It was named Lower Manhattan, since it is similar to the Manhattan toothpick holder. It is clear with green stained Thumbprint Circles around the base and with a gold rim added for decor.  Ht. 2 1/2".  Excellent Condition.
