A very nice Jefferson Glass Toothpick Holder.  The name of the pattern is called Rings and Beads.  It is Apple Green and a Souvenir of Burgettstown Fair, 1904. Almost 2 1/2" tall.  Found in Bredehoft's Toothpick Holders Book.  page 113.  Excellent Condition with lots of gold in the scallops on the top rim with a sprig of gold as a decor under the souvenir words.
