Victorian Glass Toothpick Holder in the Washington pattern.  One of the States Series patterns from U. S. Glass Co.  Circa 1901.  This Toothpick Holder has the frosting around the body with the excellent decor of a spray of red flowers and green leaves.  Ht. 2 1/2"  It has a speck on the top rim which is a tiny burst bubble.  Can't even see it, but you can feel that it is not as smooth in that area as the rest.  Excellent Condition.
