Victorian Opalware Glass Toothpick Holder.  Made by C. F. Monroe.  Shown in Bredehoft's Toothpick book, Page 131.  Also shown in Cohen's Wave Crest Book, Page 207. This is one of only a few Toothpick Holder designs produced by Wave Crest.  Circa 1900.  It has pink floral decor which we believe is hand painted over a transfer.  Ht. 2 1/8".  Excellent Condition
