Victorian Custard Glass Tumbler in the Heisey Winged Scroll or Ivorina Verde pattern.  As you can see there is wear of the gold around the top rim (there is some gold, but the gold disappears with the glare of our flood lights) and on the Wings of the decor.  If this is a tumbler you are looking for, this is a very nice one.  No chips or cracks or flakes.  Ht. 3 3/4".  Scroll down to see it with the black light.  The top 1" of the custard glass on this tumbler is see-through-thin.
