Beautiful Victorian Custard Glass Tumbler which was made by The Jefferson Glass Co.  The pattern is used in the Jefferson Optic Line and has been called simply "Rose" by custard collectors. It has the gold band around the rim with the nice Rose Decor on the front.  The height is 3 3/4".  It glows under the black light. Excellent Condition with good decor and no chips, or flakes.
