Inverted Fan and Feather Custard Tumbler.  Very good gold and pink coloring on the fans.  Made by Northwood  at his Indiana, Pa. factory  in 1902.  It has a tiny flea bite on the base that you would not be able to see.  Ht. is 3 3/4". It even has good gold around the rim.  Excellent condition.
