Victorian Cranberry Glass with Gold decor Tumbler in the Quill pattern.  Thomas Dugan was Harry Northwood's cousin, and he produced this line of glass which was related to the Filigree Lines.  Circa 1909. The Ht. 3 3/4".  It still has lots of gold on the quills and even has gold on the top rim. Ht. 3 3/4". Excellent Condition.
