A beautiful rubina opalescent tumbler made by Northwood, circa 1890s. Pictured in Bredehoft's book on tumblers, p 213. The tumbler shades from a rich cranberry at the top to crystal at the base. Delicate opalescent strips give a cross hatched look when held to the light.  Ht. 3 3/4".   Excellent Condition.
